Notes: Kevin Millis has been a personal student of Bujinkan Soke Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi since 1987 and has received every Dan grade from Hatsumi Soke personally. Mr. Millis holds the grade of Jugo Dan Ku Menkyo Kaiden and has under the direct supervision of Hatsumi Sensei administered the Sakii test for Godan at the Honbu Dojo in Noda City Japan. Mr. Millis has been involved in martial arts training for over 40 years and holds Dan grades in Jeet Kune Do/Jun Fan Gung Fu, Hoshin Jutsu, Togakure Ryu Ninpo and Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.

Tom Hayden earned his Shidoshi Instructor License in 2002 (Tai Kai)from Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi. He currently holds a 9th Dan rank in the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. Tom continues to improve his skills in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu by attending seminars, by continuing to visit Japan to train with Soke Hatsumi, and by teaching the students at the Gateway Bujinkan Dojo.
Troy Borchert 7th Dan is the dojo’s other Shidoshi, and teaches for Tom Hayden when he is unavailable. Troy earned his Shidoshi Instructor License in 2007 (Ayase) under the
supervision of Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi.
